Your room will be available from 2pm on the day of booking. If you arrive after 10pm, please tell us in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10am. If you need to leave before 7am, please tell us in advance.

Our guests can park their car in front of the hotel. Free of charge.

We keep the breakfast bar for our guests open between 8-9:30.

We don’t open the hotel restaurant for public at this moment.

Wellness is private, just for you.
You’ll get a sheet, and towel and bathrobe are of course ready in your room.

At Jizerka, you can stay online all day long. Whether you need to deal with some emails, have an online call or watch Netflix.
🇬🇧 English friendly
Don't speak Czech? No problem, we're happy to talk to you in English.
🚲 Electrobikes
Ride through the mountain ladnscape comfortably on electrobike. We'll arrange one for you, just let us know at least 2 days in advance so it'll be available for you.
🐕 Dogs
Take your dog to Jizerka with you. We don't charge anything extra and if they get along with other dogs, they can sit with you for dinner and drinks in the evening.
FAQ
Can I store my skis or bike at the hotel?
Yes, we have a ski storage room where you can store your skis, cross-country skis or your bike.
Do you have wi-fi? And what’s the password?
Wi-fi signal is stable in Jizerka. The connection is not encrypted with any password at this moment.
What type of sheets and duvets do you have? I'm allergic.
Don't worry, we're thinking of you too. All bedding is hypoallergenic. No feathers around.
